We offer a 30-day ride guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your bike, you can return it within 30 days. Please ensure the bike is in clean, like-new condition and packed in its original box.

Do the bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty. Frames are typically covered for a lifetime against defects, while components and parts generally carry a 1-year to 2-year warranty depending on the brand.
